1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ONLYRiDES, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the related policies linked through the platform. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

ONLYRiDES is a premium automotive social and creator platform focused on vehicle RiDES, tuning, motorsport, oldtimers, events, creator profiles, and memberships. The product is intentionally automotive-first and may limit use cases that do not fit that identity.

• Profiles, creator pages, follows, and social interactions
• Garage and ride pages with RiDE details, media, and vehicle identity
• Events, RSVPs, organizer workflows, and event updates
• Posts, comments, reports, moderation, and community enforcement
• Membership plans, locked content, and creator monetization tooling

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Do not impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
• Do not create accounts to evade moderation or enforcement actions.
• Use the platform in ways that remain genuinely connected to automotive culture.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless it results from unauthorized access beyond your control that you promptly report.

4. Creator Terms

• Creators are responsible for the promises they make to members and followers.
• Monetization features may depend on payout readiness, billing compliance, and connected provider accounts.
• ONLYRiDES may limit or pause monetization access if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

Pricing, fees, billing availability, and payout timing may depend on configuration, third-party provider status, and product readiness in your region.

5. Content Ownership and License

You keep ownership of content you upload, subject to the rights you grant so ONLYRiDES can host, process, display, distribute, and promote the service.

That license is limited to operating, securing, improving, and marketing the platform and does not transfer ownership of your content to ONLYRiDES.

6. Automotive Relevance Requirement

ONLYRiDES is not a general social network. Content and creator behavior must retain a genuine automotive connection. The automotive element cannot be a token justification for unrelated or prohibited material.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading explicit adult material or sexualized content without real automotive relevance.
• Posting illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or hateful content.
• Scraping, interfering with, or attempting to access the service in unauthorized ways.
• Spamming, manipulating engagement, or running coordinated fake activity.
• Using the platform in a way that harms users, creators, events, or platform trust.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

ONLYRiDES may investigate content, accounts, memberships, and event activity to protect the community and the product. Enforcement can include:

• Content removal or access restriction
• Warnings and temporary suspensions
• Membership or monetization restrictions
• Permanent account removal for serious or repeated violations

Enforcement decisions may consider severity, repetition, risk, and platform trust. Appeals can be routed through the support or moderation channels.

9. Payments, Memberships, and Refunds

Payment flows are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Membership access, renewals, cancellations, refund handling, and payout timing may therefore depend on both ONLYRiDES rules and provider requirements.

Unless required by law or platform policy, payments may be non-refundable after access has been granted.

10. Availability and Changes

ONLYRiDES may update, pause, remove, or evolve product features over time. We do not guarantee that every feature, monetization flow, or regional capability will remain unchanged or continuously available.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONLYRiDES disclaims warranties not expressly stated and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. ONLYRiDES may suspend or terminate access where required to protect users, enforce policy, or respond to abuse, legal obligations, or operational risk.
